Year 7 NAPLAN Numeracy

Year 7 NAPLAN Numeracy Prep

Practise exam-style questions covering integers, ratios, algebra, geometry, probability and data interpretation at Year 7 level.

Exam Tips for Year 7 Numeracy

1. Manage your time — approximately 40 questions in 45 minutes. That is just over 1 minute per question. Do not spend too long on any single question.
2. Process of elimination — if you cannot solve directly, try eliminating obviously wrong answers to improve your odds.
3. Show working for multi-step problems — break complex questions into smaller steps and solve one at a time.
4. Check units carefully — watch for questions that mix cm/m, mL/L, or grams/kg. Convert before calculating.
